Terms of Registration and Sale

Effective 25 May 2026

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - NO-PAYMENT WAITLIST

AERIX currently operates as a waitlist. No order, payment or paid reservation is offered today. Final sale terms will be displayed before any orders open.

Article 1: Purpose

These terms define the rules applicable to registration on the AERIX waitlist. They will be completed by final Terms and Conditions of Sale if Product sales open later.

Article 2: Products and Authorised Use

The characteristics of the Products (micromodal materials, suspended AirBridge mesh, flatlock seams) are detailed on each product page.

Important warning: AERIX boxers are textile comfort and passive thermal regulation items. They are not medical devices and cannot be the subject of care promises or biological improvement of spermatogenesis or fertility.

Article 3: Registration without Payment

The user can join the waitlist by providing their email, size and product preferences. This registration is free, without purchase commitment, and can be removed upon simple request.

Article 4: Right of Withdrawal and Hygiene Exceptions

As no sale takes place today, the right of withdrawal linked to an order does not apply to waitlist registration.

Application of Article L221-28 5° of the French Consumer Code: If orders open later, as AERIX underwear is an intimate garment in direct contact with the skin, returns and exchanges will not be accepted for hygiene reasons. This rule will be displayed before purchase.

  • Waitlist: removal possible at any time upon request.
  • Future sale: absence of returns and exchanges displayed before payment.

Article 5: Legal Guarantees

All our Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). In case of proven seam or fabric defect on a conforming product, contact our customer service at support@aerixunderwear.com.

Article 6: Mediation & Applicable Law

These T&Cs are subject to French law. In case of persistent consumer dispute, the Customer has the right to refer free of charge to a consumer mediator in accordance with the rules of the French Consumer Code.
