Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for AERIX underwear, for hygiene reasons related to intimate garments in direct contact with the skin. This rule will be clearly displayed before any orders open. If a delivered product has a confirmed stitching, fabric or conformity defect, statutory guarantees still apply: contact support@aerixunderwear.com.
