As part of the registration for the AERIX waitlist, we collect the following information: your email address and selected size. This information is necessary to keep you informed about order openings and adapt our production to demand.

2. Legal Basis and Purpose

The processing of your data is based on your consent (collected via the checkbox during registration). The purpose is strictly limited to managing the waitlist and sending information regarding the launch of AERIX products.

3. Recipients and Hosting

Your data is confidential and not sold to third parties. It is securely stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted in the United States or the European Union by our technical subcontractors (Vercel, Supabase).

4. Retention Period

Your waitlist registration data is retained until the product launch, or until you withdraw your consent.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, port, erase your data, or restrict processing.
